Jonathan was awesome, he took good care of our lease process. The only issue I had was with the the way the car was delivered. It was not properly detailed. Our experience with Freeport BMW started 3 1/2 years ago. We leased a vehicle for our daughter and it was a fantastic experience. He was professional, attentive, most of all determined to make our deal go through. He followed up and made sure every I and T were dotted and crossed. When it was time to take delivery of the X3 he had everything ready for us. He is a genius, truly! His experience with the technology of the vehicle was superb, for my daughter it was a no brainer but for her parents he helped us set up and confirm we were technologically connected to the car. So it is with pleasure and honesty that I can write this review and know in confidence that Freeport BMW along with Jonathan can meet your car buying needs. More

Buying a car is never an easy process and the salesmen never seem to make it easier. Jonathan flipped that script for me and was an absolute pleasure to work with. From beginning to the end, complete tran never seem to make it easier. Jonathan flipped that script for me and was an absolute pleasure to work with. From beginning to the end, complete transparency. Never did I feel like I was being taken advantage during this process. Any concerns I had during the process Jonathan was willing and able to address and handle it. Handling my trade-in was done with ease. My wife and I were promised a quick and easy process and that is what we got. Extremely professional and most importantly very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Service like Jonathan’s is unheard of and will be the main reason I return to BMW of Freeport. If you’re looking for someone who can tailor fit a car to you with zero-pressure, he’s your man. I can’t leave out Carlo, we met shortly at the end but he connected with us during the final signing process instead of it feeling like another dull signing phase and it helped give the whole process that final cherry on top.
