Jon came highly recommended to me by a good friend and I must say, I had a wonderful experience turning in my lease / going into a new lease. My goal was to upgrade from the X3 to an X5 but initially, must say, I had a wonderful experience turning in my lease / going into a new lease. My goal was to upgrade from the X3 to an X5 but initially, there was no inventory left on the 2023 X5’s so I put my search on pause. Luckily for me, a deal fell thru on an X5 (exact color/interior that I wanted) and Jon gave me a call on Sunday to see if I was still interested. We handled all of the negotiations/ purchase process over the phone and by Monday I had the keys in my hand. Jon, thanks for making such a daunting process stress free and pleasant. See you in 3 years! More

I went to bmw of Freeport, I was browsing and the first person to greet me was Johnathan aka John, he was very calm collective and show empathy, I bought my first vehicle 2 months later 2023 bmwx5 and he person to greet me was Johnathan aka John, he was very calm collective and show empathy, I bought my first vehicle 2 months later 2023 bmwx5 and he listened and it all the package as requested and he made some great points since we both have little angels 😇 ! I went back to bmw of Freeport because of this gentleman Johnathan G , he walked my wife tru everything step by step! I truly appreciate his level of customer service and after sales follow up ! More

I wanted a specific car initially, but ended up leaving with a better car that including everything that I wanted and more! This was a relief for me because what I received happened to be more than what I expected as a first time buyer. When things got tough, Jonathan and Carlo didn’t give up and made sure everything worked out better than what I had planned. This was an overall great experience and I will be recommending this place to everyone I know. More

The dealership was so clean and well kept to say the least so even before I met with my client advisor I was impressed.
