This manager, Michael Cristian, made me feel so small. It took me 5 times over the course of 2 weeks, through call text and email to find someone to get him on the line for me. And when he finally answere It took me 5 times over the course of 2 weeks, through call text and email to find someone to get him on the line for me. And when he finally answered he had no idea what I was inquiring about. (Or pretended not to) after about 5 minutes of him making feel dumb and ungrateful I was upset and he proceeded to gaslight me and I stated I didn’t like how he was speaking to me he then told me he didn’t like my foul language. I asked to speak to the regional manager and he said there was none and that he’s the highest I can talk to. This is all I reference to my mirai purchase on 11/18/23. This man does not care about his customers and doesn’t care about how he treats them or getting back to them when they have concerns. I was left to feel like my small 15k purchase wasn’t worth his time. Unforgettable experience. More

So I came to look at some new cars at Northridge Toyota Dealership and first things first I got greeted by Shaw and I can’t express my gratitude towards him. Dealership is as good as its employees. While Jonathan is a very friendly and accommodating guy he is not quite frank. When he told me that he would agree to the lower mark up of only $ 2, While Jonathan is a very friendly and accommodating guy he is not quite frank. When he told me that he would agree to the lower mark up of only $ 2,000.00 + accessories--- he did NOT specify that these would be EXTRA accessories that you, the dealership will install, such as the Scotch tape around the door ends and handles for a whopping $ 600.00. PLUS another security GPS system for $ 1,500.00 whereas the Sienna already has its own pretty good security system. PLUS i also have my own GPS tracking that I keep in my vehicles as well. So about this I was really disappointed. Secondly the finance manager Brian uselessly checked our Credit Score even though we told them that we are paying CASH. And while doing so it uselessly dinged our Credit Rating for nothing. More
