They have lost 2 sales to a dealer I was willing, and did, drive 6.5 hours one way, both times, to get a much better deal and the car I actually wanted. nice enough sales staff. They just don't email or call you back and don't really give any discounts off MSRP (which is an already made up number by the factory). Jon (sales manager) was only offering a 2.3% off MSRP and relied on factory rebates and incentives I didn't qualify for to try and make me think I was getting a good deal. This was only after I had to initiate a callback and several follow up emails and text messages. Then Jon just ghosted me completely. I was ready to buy. He said he could do a dealer trade but never followed up and I never heard back after that. I got 8.3% off MSRP before any incentives or rebates (remember I didn't qualify for any). More

Thank you for providing me with an excellent buying experience!!! Many of the people i mentioned went above and beyond from sales to service to parts and accessories!!! Other local Ford dealerships failed miserably to provide these things. It was like I had to push the issue to get anything done. I wanted a specific truck and Mike White Ford stepped right up as a dealership should to make a buying experience the best it can be!!! Thank you everyone at Mike White Ford CDA!!! More
