Mike White Ford continues its excellence as a family oriented business like Tom Addis did before and Gus Johnson used to. Joe, Jonathan, Gordie, Jacob and Nate... Thank you for providing me with an e oriented business like Tom Addis did before and Gus Johnson used to. Joe, Jonathan, Gordie, Jacob and Nate... Thank you for providing me with an excellent buying experience!!! Many of the people i mentioned went above and beyond from sales to service to parts and accessories!!! Other local Ford dealerships failed miserably to provide these things. It was like I had to push the issue to get anything done. I wanted a specific truck and Mike White Ford stepped right up as a dealership should to make a buying experience the best it can be!!! Thank you everyone at Mike White Ford CDA!!! More

I had an up and down experience and first with buying a used F150 from the team at Mike White Ford. I found a truck I loved and had some issues almost immediately. The team at Mike White did everything in used F150 from the team at Mike White Ford. I found a truck I loved and had some issues almost immediately. The team at Mike White did everything in their power to fix the issue in a timely manner. Once realizing that it couldn't be accomplished quickly, they did everything in their power to do right by my fiancé and me. They found us a different truck that fit our needs and was in fact an upgrade. While they couldn't do a straight swap, they got us the best possible deal, and we are actually way happier than we would have been with the first truck. Sure, there was some headache at first but the team at Mike White blew me away with their commitment to doing right by us and getting us in the best possible situation. They even offered to shop elsewhere to find us a perfect truck if we couldn't find one on their lot that evening. I feel as if we worked with so many people along this process, but each brought terrific value and customer service, and their GM even spoke in person with us. The professionalism we dealt with at our most frustrated state spoke volumes. This dealership values their word and commitment to their customers. I would easily recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Thank you, Mike White Ford Team. We are thrilled with our new truck. Special thank you to Chelsea, Nate, Curly, Tyler Hundt, Mike, AJ, Bill and Graham for making this experience worthwhile. Y'all did incredible. More
