The vehicle contained a hidden tracking device that malfunctioned and drained the battery only one month later. While traveling, I was forced to pay $1,165.52 to BMW of Beverly Hills to diagnose and repair the issue. When I asked Right Honda to reimburse this cost, they agreed only if I signed a nondisclosure agreement that would also release them from liability for any future problems. I declined, as this would mean giving up my consumer rights. I was never reimbursed. Instead, I was included in communications with Right Honda’s attorneys. My own lawyer then contacted them to request reimbursement of the $1,165.52, but I have yet to receive any response. As a young woman in my 20s, I would never have knowingly gotten a car with a hidden tracking device given the obvious safety and privacy concerns. Customers deserve full disclosure before purchase. I have filed formal consumer protection complaints so there is a public record of this incident. I am leaving this review because I believe that others, including young women like me, who are looking for a car deserve transparency about potential risks to their safety. I have documentation to support these facts, including invoices and attorney correspondence. More

I purchased a vehicle from Right Honda in Scottsdale, AZ 3 months ago. The salesman Josh was amazing. The finance manager wrapping up my sale however lied to me about the prepaid maintenance program that was included with purchase of the vehicle. The maintenance program ONLY allows your vehicle to be serviced at the Right Honda location, when I asked about it I was told it would be transferrable to other locations as I'm an out of state buyer. Obviously the finance manager knew I was an out of state buyer, he was processing all my information after all. He lied to my face with ease. Rereading the paperwork included with my purchase, the prepaid maintenance program document clearly states "The dealer will not provide the Covered Services in any location other than in the dealer’s service department.". My mistake for trusting the goodwill of the finance team without reading the paperwork myself. My overall experience with the finance team made me feel skeptical as if information was being skimped past to push out this sale. Now knowing this information it confirms my feelings and doesn't sit right with me. This summarizes my main gripe. Otherwise the car has been sound thus far. Note I did buy a low mileage Dodge vehicle not a Honda. I did have a driving noise issue one week after I purchased which makes me question if it was preexisting or not. My advice based on my experience with Right Honda is: - Get connected with Josh as your salesman. - Read all your paperwork to ensure what you're being told is in writing. - Approach the financial side of the purchase with caution. They have no issue with lying. More

My sales guy didn’t even try. Went one time for numbers and pretty much laughed he didn’t see a good price for me. I’ve had way better experiences elsewhere. Went one time for numbers and pretty much laughed he didn’t see a good price for me. I’ve had way better experiences elsewhere. More
