I come from a long career (20+ years) in hospitality working as a waiter in nice restaurants. From that experience I've learned a lot about working with all sorts of customers and coworkers, and I have a passion for helping people decide on and obtain exactly what they are looking for. I also love cool gadgets, and cars are big ones! My style is to provide the type of service I would want if I were in the market myself (and I have been), so I'm never pushy, and am always honest, transparent and responsive. I was taken aback that Toyota of Gladstone had the EXACT car I was looking for (almost did not believe this was coincidental), and appreciate him coming in on his day off to bargain with me. He has his sales tactics dialed well beyond his years, I didn’t feel pressured at all and had a great experience. I got the deal I was looking for and would certainly recommend Ricardo to friends and family. Someone (Sami?) give him a raise to get a ring on Emily’s finger that much sooner! More
