Dear Mr. Hanley, Thank you for reaching out regarding my recent review. I wanted to clarify the situation with the second key. We were only able to receive the second key after repeatedly asking your staff, and it was given to us with difficulty. At first, the employee insisted on not providing it, even though just the day before we had been able to test drive the car using that key your staff avoided giving us. This made the process unnecessarily complicated and stressful for us. I wanted to make sure you are aware of this experience so that hopefully it can be addressed and improved for future customers.
