We were always hesitant about going to Hgreg because besides being a huge used car dealership, it was always busy. However we would like to share our experience with you. First, our sales specialist besides being a huge used car dealership, it was always busy. However we would like to share our experience with you. First, our sales specialist, Nathanel Gomez, was superb, kind, professional, caring and friendly. He went out of his way to satisfy us and ensured we were happy with the SUV we bought. It was not an easy buying experience due to our "credit" but they made it possible for us to leave with the SUV we chose!! Trust us when we tell you that they do care for their customers... We also want to mention the following Hgreg staff whom were also AWESOME and we can thank them enough for such EXCELLENT Customer Service!!!: Pedro and Moses (Sales Managers), Tommy (General Manager), Elizabeth (Service Department), Luis and Jonathan (Finance). I really enjoyed the service of Mr. Maurício, very attentive and helpful, I highly recommend him as a seller. But I didn't like the dealership's service, they gave me the dirty car an Maurício, very attentive and helpful, I highly recommend him as a seller. But I didn't like the dealership's service, they gave me the dirty car and the financial officer Mr. Jonathan was very rude so I don't recommend H Greg, because I bought a car worth U$ 39000.00 I paid cash and felt badly treated.
