If you value your time, your word, or basic professional ethics, do not step foot on this lot. Despite being there 30 minutes before the "other" buyer even arrived, the management decided to sell the car right out from under me. It’s clear that at Nissan 24, a handshake and an active negotiation mean absolutely nothing. They don’t care about building customer relationships or honoring the person who showed up first; they only care about whoever signs the fastest, regardless of who was promised the vehicle. I’ve never encountered a sales team so willing to tank their reputation for a single quick commission. Communication was poor, their ethics are non-existent, and their "customer service" is a facade. I’ll be taking my business—and my loyalty—to a dealership that actually understands what integrity looks like. Avoid this place at all costs. More
