Jonathan was awesome and easy to deal with. We got everything we wanted and we are very happy with how we were accommodated. Jonathan took care of us and we felt we got a good deal. He gave us free full tank of gas and some freebies! Adam was equally fantastic helping us get the best rate in financing. Its a new experience having the dealer on your side versus back then when you feel like the dealer is working against you and trying to get as much money from you. With Wesley Chapel Lexus you feel like you have them working for you and making sure you get a good deal. The place is also huge and beautiful, really modern with great amenities and cafe with real food. A place that you wont mind hanging out while waiting for your car be serviced. I would’ve given five stars except for conflicting information that we were given regarding a warranty. This matter was ultimately satisfactorily resolved. The only other issue was that a small chip i information that we were given regarding a warranty. This matter was ultimately satisfactorily resolved. The only other issue was that a small chip in the paint turned into a larger one after the service department try to touch it up. Otherwise we are extremely pleased with the vehicle that we purchased and the terms of the sale. Jonathan was wonderful and I would definitely purchase a car through him again. More
