I recently had a wonderful experience at this dealership, and I highly recommend it. The employees at this dealership treat you like a close friend or family member, which really makes you feel valued as a c and I highly recommend it. In particular, I want to commend Jonathan, who is a representative at the dealership and goes above and beyond to assist with all your car service needs. Jonathan always takes the time to patiently answer all my questions about my car and my car insurance. He is very knowledgeable and ensures that I am well-informed about the parts my car needs. During my recent visit for service, Jonathan even arranged for a Lyft to take me home so that I didn't have to worry about transportation. When my car was ready, he personally called me to let me know, and within minutes, my Lyft was waiting outside to bring me back to the dealership. I also appreciate Jonathan's proactive approach in helping me plan for future services. As my last free oil change had expired, I asked him about my options. He explained that getting a package of three oil changes would offer a great discount. This information made me happy and reassured me that I am being taken care of. Throughout the entire process, Jonathan treated me with courtesy and a friendly demeanor. Because of Jonathan's exceptional customer service and the overall positive experience I have had at this dealership, I always choose to bring my car here. As a regular i was very disappointed with the service today. I was convinced to wait at dealership because i was told my oil change would only take an hour and my vehicle wasn’t done until 3 hours later. today.
