It wasn’t just the purchasing experience it was the excellent customer service they provided. I felt completely taken care of, And informed during the process. From day one our experience was better than any car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. I just happen to buy my car on my birthday and not only did they wish me a happy birthday, they provided a cake and balloons. The Lincoln Nautilis was exactly what I wanted and Jonathan made sure that I got the car I wanted. Carson made sure I knew how to use the electronics and understood the features of the car. Both salesman deserve kudos for their presentation and professionalism. I can’t give more than 5 stars, otherwise I would!
