I just happen to buy my car on my birthday and not only did they wish me a happy birthday, they provided a cake and balloons. The Lincoln Nautilis was exactly what I wanted and Jonathan made sure that I got the car I wanted. Carson made sure I knew how to use the electronics and understood the features of the car. Both salesman deserve kudos for their presentation and professionalism. I can’t give more than 5 stars, otherwise I would! He spent time answering all of our questions with no pressure to buy, we seriously asked 100 questions about the vehicles and he knew 95%. We then worked with Morgan to discuss trading in our Cadillac and was given a fair price. There was no haggling, not pressure to upsell warranties. I named my price and Morgan got it done. As the paperwork was being completed we went to Fords Garage for dinner and Morgan came over to our table for us to sign. Jonathan then brought us into the delivery room where he presented us with a gift and our car on red carpet and a big red bow. He then spent time getting us set up on the app and going through all the details of the vehicle. This was THE best buying experience I've ever been a part of.
