I am writing to share a positive experience I had with Carolina, formerly at Jaguar Land Rover in Lakeland. I previously purchased my Velar from her, and recently encountered a significant issue that kept Carolina, formerly at Jaguar Land Rover in Lakeland. I previously purchased my Velar from her, and recently encountered a significant issue that kept my vehicle in the shop for four months. Despite the fact that my Velar was a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, Land Rover did not offer any substantial assistance. Even though Carolina is no longer employed at the Land Rover dealership, she went above and beyond to help resolve the situation by contacting the factory and advocating on my behalf. This level of dedication and support, even after she had moved on, truly impressed me. It demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction and transparency that ultimately influenced my decision to switch to Audi. In my experience, when a manager stands by their customers in this way, brand loyalty becomes secondary to the quality of customer service. I genuinely believe that such exceptional support would make me a loyal customer to any brand. More
