I came in with ok credit, I wasn’t confident on my approval odds and I wasn’t exactly sure what car I wanted either, bu Jonathan and Ray are awesome! I came in with ok credit, I wasn’t confident on my approval odds and I wasn’t exactly sure what car I wanted either, but Jonathan and Ray were patient and extremely helpful finding me a good car and a even better quote for car insurance. They both also gave me some great information on car insurance and credit. I left my trade in at home and Ray drove from Burien to Federal Way to make the process and exchange a lot easier for me. I thought that was dope. A+ I definitely recommend this place. More

The staff were professional. The vehicle I wanted to test drive with my son was ready for us when we arrived. Although the vehicle was already priced below value, the manager still worked with me on price to drive with my son was ready for us when we arrived. Although the vehicle was already priced below value, the manager still worked with me on price to come to an affordable payment for my son. The vehicle had very low miles and it drives great. It was obvious the previous owner or someone who drove the vehicle before smoked heavily in this vehicle. I have steam cleaned the interior and replaced the cabin air filter in an attempt to remove the smell. The smell has improved. A washed car and full tank of fuel would have been nice, but gas was provided. More
