Simply put: Leith VW came through with time and again over the last 10 months. No crazy ADMs, no wasted time, no hassling, just an efficient, knowledgeable, helpful team. From the beginning Jonathan T over the last 10 months. No crazy ADMs, no wasted time, no hassling, just an efficient, knowledgeable, helpful team. From the beginning Jonathan T (Sales Consultant) was always straightforward and honest with expected wait times on the ID.4 and provided any updates he could. Jim C (Sales Manager) never promised anything he could not deliver and was extremely helpful and honest. On the day this long awaited vehicle arrived, the entire team made sure it could be delivered as quickly as possible. Jonathan went out out of his way to prioritize the delivery and get the paper work done, all the while dealing with short staffing and a wave of customers. Abdul (Operations) and Mary (Finance) worked with Jim to ensure that a missing critical rebate was ultimately applied without delaying delivery. THANK YOU to the Leith VW team for this excellent service! More
