After noticing the smell of fuel when outside of my vehicle and observing that my gas mileage was not what it used to be, I took my car in to be checked. I thought it might be related to a fuel issue vehicle and observing that my gas mileage was not what it used to be, I took my car in to be checked. I thought it might be related to a fuel issue described in the technical bulletin I received in the mail a while ago. Jonathan Woods was my service advisor. He was able to get my car looked at fairly quickly. I was notified that my car had a very serious issue going on with a fuel leak and that it was extremely hazardous to even start my car. I was placed in a loaner car. He was able to get my replacement parts overnighted and had my car ready the next day. I was very pleased with Jonathan and the attention he gave to this matter to ensure that it was safe for me to drive my car again! More
