I initially worked with Johnny and with my purchase visit I worked with Jonathan. I have to say, as much as I hate going to dealerships, I came out feeling like they weren’t out to get me. I felt both Jonathan and Johnny were upfront and honest right from the start. There are fees that are involved and they understood how I felt. They explained to me that much of it goes to the guaranteed, new tires, new brake pads, and oil change. They provided the work order and car fax for me to take home right in the beginning. I experienced little, of the usual selling tactics that I’ve gone through with my previous 4 places. I was able to actually go home and think about it…which is saying a lot! Overall, working with Johnny was a pleasure, felt like I was dealing with a real person who also supported the customer rather than become a tactical adversary. I was able to be in constant communication with Jonathan and in the end I purchased a beautiful car that was reasonably priced even with the fees. I also purchased the Honda Wrap plan that was very difficult to pass up. Jonathan took good care of me, also going above and beyond, washing the car again per my request and helping me fill the tank more than he had to…without my request. Just a friendly straight up guy! Overall, no gimmicks and I had a great experience. It’s a good, honest dealership and I’m a happy customer! More
