Jonnie was awesome and took his time to help me and my sister while we were waiting for rem. He asked questions, gave insight as well on other cars but we were set on the car that was mentioned to us alr sister while we were waiting for rem. He asked questions, gave insight as well on other cars but we were set on the car that was mentioned to us already by rem. Over all Jonnie was awesome so much aloha and has patience. The other person who I would like to mention in this review as well was Remanette Enomoto she helped us tremendously from the time I messaged her all the way through the paperwork and last but not least handing the car keys over to my dad. If you want a smooth process, and someone that will go over and beyond for you because they love what they do then go down to aloha kia and see them. They have passion for what they do and care about their customers. Long story short this was a gift for our mom it was time for us to give back to our parents althoe we had to use dad to do the paperwork which again rem worked it all out where none of his children needed to co sign for him , he did it all on his own. Its one way that we can finally give back to our parents for what they have done for us all of our lives and till this day still is. Want to laughh...hehehehe mom is one if she doesnt think its practical and we can save money she will go ahead with that and if she doesnt know whats going on and we did things without her permission she gets mad, so we were all preparing ourselves for the worst once we gave it, However the outcome of it all was PRICELESS tears rolling down their faces and speechless.... Again thank you for making our dreams come to a reality for our parents that will go over and beyond for us.....THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! More

It was the best and easiest purchase I've done. I know that things can be longer process due to Covid, but it wasnt at all. Jonnie was easy to work with.........
