Helpful, knowledgeable, and smooth under pressure, he guided us through the process like a seasoned secret agent — minus the tuxedo, explosions, and dramatic chase scene through the lot. He answered our questions, kept things straightforward, and never made us feel pressured. With a name like Jonny Goldfinger, I half expected a rotating showroom floor, a hidden ejector seat, or at least a briefcase full of keys. I've had great interactions with the Ed Martin Buick GMC Dealership on Michigan Road in Carmel for many decades. I've purchased with salesman Dennis McNamara previously, and he is fantastic! He wasn't there this time, so I worked with Jonny Goldfinger. He was great! He made the process easy, was helpful, and has a great personality and sense of humor. He didn't do the "salesy" high-pressure crap a lot of car salesmen use, which I really appreciate! Casey in financing worked with multiple lenders and found me a great financing deal with a reasonable interest rate. He was very nice, helpful, and great to interact with as well. Jonny has followed-up with me since purchase of my new vehicle as well. I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from this Ed Martin dealership or use their service department again in the future!
