I've been with Galpin Motors since 2010, spending years as a Volvo sales manager, and now I'm bringing my passion and expertise to Jaguar Land Rover. Jonny delivered true white-glove service. I found a vehicle I was interested in & spoke with salesman Johnny Kramer to get more details. I wasn’t able come to dealership for several days, so Johnny kept me updated every few days letting me kn salesman Johnny Kramer to get more details. I wasn’t able come to dealership for several days, so Johnny kept me updated every few days letting me know the vehicle was still in stock waiting for me to purchase. Finally made it in Sunday & met with Johnny & had the transaction closed and keys in hand in less than hour. I’ve purchased several cars the past few years, and my experience at Land Rover Van Nuys has been one of the most memorable ones to date. From the time I called Johnny to get info, Johnny sending me pics of cars & keeping me informed through the week, & finally going to dealership to finalize purchase has truly been a 5⭐️ experience. I knew exactly what I wanted, & there was zero pressure & no cheesy sales tactics to close the deal. Kramer has also followed up with me a few times making sure I’m satisfied with the car & offering his asssitance should the need arise. Will def recommend this dealership! More

I have been leasing my cars from Galpin for over 20 years. Jonny never disappoints, he always goes above and beyond the call of duty to make the experience a good one.
