I had to call every hour on the hour and try to pry answers from service rep. When I left messages I wpuld never recieve a call back. I ended up paying for a ride to the dealer. When I arrived the serv answers from service rep. When I left messages I wpuld never recieve a call back. I ended up paying for a ride to the dealer. When I arrived the service rep was sitting on his phone and clearly not interested in returning any of my calls. I have never had such horrible service and I will caution anyone against using this department. Disrespectful and pathetic is the best way to describe the work ethic I experienced. More
