It was quick and easy to schedule an online appointment. They diagnosed the problem with all the illuminated warning lights on my 2017 Jetta dashboard. They had the part and completed the repairs in a timel They diagnosed the problem with all the illuminated warning lights on my 2017 Jetta dashboard. They had the part and completed the repairs in a timely manner. My only complaint is really with the cost of the repair. Almost $500 to replace a rear wheel speed sensor that had failed apparently causing five lights on the dashboard. Since there are a total of four, one for each wheel and the car has only 55k miles I’m not really looking forward to the expected repair expenses. The car does get great gas mileage, I guess your going to spend the money for gas or repairs! More

Avoid at all cost. Poor customer service, outrageous prices and poor quality work at best. I cannot remember the last time anybody quoted $1800 for a headliner. Not a fan of the quoted price and then the “added in, can’t take off” extras that inflated the price by over $1500. Within 10 hours of leaving the dealership several warning lights came on, ended up bein can’t take off” extras that inflated the price by over $1500. Within 10 hours of leaving the dealership several warning lights came on, ended up being a wheel sensor, which I was originally told was not covered by the “bumper to bumper” warranty. After some discussion it was determined that they would fix the issue. After the service appointment was done I was told I would still be required to pay a deductible to which we had another discussion and that fee was waived. I will say that the sales people and service department were friendly but just got the “gut feeling” that the overall buying/service experience left some things to be desired. Fingers crossed that no major issues occur for several years to come. More
