He listened to our needs and showed us exactly the type cars we were looking for. He listened to what we said our price range was and never pressured us to "buy up" for lack of a better term. That's why my family & I purchased 3 new cars from him in one month. We also dealt with Jordan in the service dept just to get something added to one car, and he was great as well.
