My name is Jordan and I joined the automotive industry in 2016 and have always been in sales. I was born and raised in Colorado Springs. Some of my passions and hobbies include coaching cheerleading and traveling. I love experiencing and learning about new cultures! Schomp BMW has perfected the car buying process. You can tell they’ve been in the business a long time, know BMWs, and have listened to customer feedback to create an enjoyable experience. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Jordan Cochran, a young woman, who turned out to be courteous, well-informed, and not the least bit “pushy”. She explained every detail as we went along and accompanied me on the test drive. She answered all my questions and supplied me with the paperwork for signing. Her intelligent attitude and friendly presence created a welcoming environment for me. I was shocked to hear that I was her second sale! I was going to ask her how many years she had been selling cars. I did not expect any response on Sunday to my email, but Jordan called me back and volunteered her time to respond to any questions I had and to make an appointment for Tuesday. Few employees would do that. I make it a point to support self-starter employees with excellent customer service skills. I will easily recommend Jordan to any of my friends who are car shopping. I know they will be just as impressed as I was. While the process took much longer than an hour, I understand the cutback in staffing. Just creating all those documents is very time-consuming. As for my trade-in, I was warned that car dealers usually undervalue the car, so I researched its value on Kelly Blue Book, which was between $6500 and 8500, which I showed to the evaluator. He agreed on that price range and listed the value as $7600. I was impressed by the paperwork listing all the attributes of the car, and how the value was created. I appreciated free access to the Coffee Bar while I waited. While the process took much longer than an hour, I understand the cutback in staffing. Just creating all those documents is very time-consuming. You are receiving this review from an 82-year old woman who has done much online car research.
