My problem was not resolved in the service department. My 2020 Rav 4 has been in the shop twice now for the same reason. They do not know what the problem is so were contacting Toyota to help troubleshoot. I 2020 Rav 4 has been in the shop twice now for the same reason. But weeks later, I have heard nothing from them. More
