One of the worst dealer repair center ever. They don’t care how they return your property. I heard something rattling under my hood and when I opened it I noticed the engine plastic cover was n They don’t care how they return your property. I heard something rattling under my hood and when I opened it I noticed the engine plastic cover was not off and rubbing on the drive belt, this could have been a disaster. Also the cover over the fuse box was missing, had to search my car and found it under the seat. I took it in for a check engine light and they wanted to charge me approx $9,000 in repairs. I do not trust these people and you should either. I don’t trust them to do the repairs they suggest unless I’m sitting there watching the repair. I will never ever go back there again. I will pay to have my car towed a 100 miles away before I return here. The absolute worse experience. More

Worst service- rude, condescending, misogynistic sales people- didn’t know anything about the car / made up incorrect facts about the car. I had a horrible experience with my lasted purchase. I was offered a horrible trade in values for a brand new 2022 Kia I purchased last year. The dealer tried to sale me a brand new car at a $20 grand m I was offered a horrible trade in values for a brand new 2022 Kia I purchased last year. The dealer tried to sale me a brand new car at a $20 grand mark up. Even though I was quoted a Lowe price and it was advertised for less on their own website. Kia’s integrity is questionable at this point. Even a survey by JD powers states “customers haven’t been enjoying the Kia dealer experience, which is kind of essential to selling cars. Those interactions and impressions have landed the Korean automaker dead last in customer satisfaction across all mass-market brands.” This is my 3rd Kia I have brought since 2018 and this experience took the cake. It’s time for me to explore other brands. It has to be something better out there than a dealership that hustles and mislead their customers. More
