Jordan walked me through every step of the process with no haggling and only thorough explanation of every benefit available to me. The General Manager Chad greeted me and was available for any questions I had as well. The CarDoc and Elo are the most extraordinary products I have come across in all my years of car buying. The entire process was quick and simple from the product walk through to finance to even the after sale service follow up. Overall a good experience. We choose a used CR_V (9000 miles) rather than new. New cars were scarce. They were able to match the Consumer reports online quote after a higher We choose a used CR_V (9000 miles) rather than new. New cars were scarce. They were able to match the Consumer reports online quote after a higher initial offer. They tried to sell service packages, which I declined. I was not able to decline the cardoc system, which I was told was already installed. It is clearly not worth the ~$600 I paid - pure profit for the dealer. Good initial service experience on a tire kit and water pump programming recall. More

We’ve had great purchasing experiences with Victory. Salespeople have been wonderful in keeping us up to date on inventory and the buying process has been smooth every time. The only thing that has been a problem is the follow through on services that have been promised. Victory does eventually follow through, but I’ve had to stay on top of them to get things done. More
