And I was already hesitant to go to a dealer by myself because my friends psyched me out saying I would get hounded or make a regrettable purchase. But that couldn’t be far from my experience. One of the salesman there, Jordan, helped me through the whole process. Answered all my questions and showed me the cars I was interested in. I ended up leaving with a Ford Focus 2016, a new year then the one I thought I would be leaving with, and I was so happy! They did everything they could to help me out including looking into warranties and I could tell they really care about their customers. I had a really enjoyable experience there. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family. :) More

After my previous purchase with Honda of Gainesville just under two years ago, I would have thought that purchasing a new car couldn't get any better. After my previous purchase with Honda of Gainesville just under two years ago, I would have thought that purchasing a new car couldn't get any better. However, my experience this week with the dealership, and particularly my salesman, Jordan Hamel, was absolutely the best! He is so willing and even eager to help with both meeting (and exceeding) your financial expectations, selecting the best car for your needs and wishes, AND teaching you about the use of the features in your new car. That last step is ongoing, as I will be challenged at my age in learning about the new "gadgets." Jordan reassured me that he will continue to help me as needed and shared several different options for contacting him. Honda of Gainesville is not the closest Honda dealership to my home, but I will continue to do business there, due to the top-notch experience they provide. More
