Used car Ann Smith was the first person to call me from the internet when I seen a vehicle that I interested in. John the finance manager was very nice in going over everything on the paper work and even getting me a nice warrenty on the vehicle, very nice person to deal with. They are a good dealership to deal with from sales to service and they take pride in the work they do in the shop. When they see you come in for service they will say "Hi" to you. After researching several online sites, Napleton offered several options to test drive with good pricing. Jordan was helpful and accommodating to expand our choices. Oscar his manager stated don’t worry about pricing. My son found two cars fitting his needs but wanted to visit other dealerships offering similar but lesser priced cars. We showed the listings to Jordan and Oscar and Napleton beat the competition to our satisfaction. This is the second vehicle purchased for my children and both experiences were great!
