Quick and Painless With Internet shopping, it's easy to know when you're getting a good price/value on a car and when you're not. Napleton's set their online price at With Internet shopping, it's easy to know when you're getting a good price/value on a car and when you're not. Napleton's set their online price at a realistic level - no gimmicks, no loss leader tactics...when I arrived to look at a used car, it was exactly as described, in great shape, and the price was good. They even allowed me to drive the car to my mechanic to have it checked out. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, but because the car was everything we needed/wanted, we decided to buy. The transaction was conducted professionally and efficiently. It was quick and painless because Napleon's delivered exactly what they promised! More

Accommodating, Professional, Great Staff and Management We went with my son to purchase his first NEW car and have to say that Jimmy the General Manager steered him in the right direction with the purchase We went with my son to purchase his first NEW car and have to say that Jimmy the General Manager steered him in the right direction with the purchase of the 2016 Elantra. After finding out what were important options, my son is delighted to have been able to purchase the car that has "everything he wanted" and could afford. Jordan Kabranov was great at explaining the different features in two cars and instructing our tech-savvy son on all the new features. Odis Horne made closing the deal a great experience with his quick paperwork for signing and knowledge with the best financing. This dealership lives up to impressive caliber of Napleton's Auto Group. Highly recommended - 5 stars plus. More
