My initial experience with the dealer ship was a positive one. A week or so after we made our purchase, we received a phone call that our license plate had come in. With our busy schedules I called and aske one. A week or so after we made our purchase, we received a phone call that our license plate had come in. With our busy schedules I called and asked if I could just have them mailed like every other car dealer ship we work with. I was told that it would be $24 to mail them which threw me back. We spent over $100k on a car and we couldn't even have them mail them? I asked to talk with the manager to which J.T. got on the phone. I said to him that I was shocked at how much money we spent, and they couldn't even mail my license plates to which he just said "no". No explanation in the rudest tone i would never expect to hear from a GM of a business that I just spent a lot of money at. I expressed how dissatisfied I was and that I would be sure to leave a review to which he said he would write a fake review for our business (defamation isn't always easy to prove, but I feel pretty confident in this case) amongst other completely inappropriate and unprofessional verbiage. I am now completely blown away and will tell everyone that will listen to me what I think of Motors Northwest in Tacoma, Washington. 0 More

I am a returning customer from 3yrs ago when Bill sold me my first car. On Friday 12/30/22 I went back and traded my jeep that bill sold me and got a 2017 jeep!! My fiancé also is a first time car buyer and my first car. On Friday 12/30/22 I went back and traded my jeep that bill sold me and got a 2017 jeep!! My fiancé also is a first time car buyer and was able to purchase his new vehicle as well. Overall motors northwest made it incredibly easy even though we had a toddler with us. They were extremely understanding just like I remember three years ago. Bill's legend continues to live on at this lot. I will always come back to Motors Northwest. More
