Pete, the Used Car Manager was fantastic to work with, went above and beyond to make sure our son knew everything about his 2014 Silverado Z71. Since this was our sons first real purchase, we were lucky to have dealt with John/Ozzy. I cannot begin to say how thankful we are to John/Ozzy and the LaLonde team. John/Ozzy went above and beyond any Finance Manager we've ever had the pleasure to work with. John/Ozzy was able to get our son approved with a great rate and term. Second to none Customer Service is an understatement! John/Ozzy actually delivered our sons truck to our home in an effort to work around his work schedule since he also works at a dealership. What dealer does that? LaLonde C/D/J/R does!!! And John/Ozzy returned to the dealership in our sons trade in truck! Again what dealer does that? In all our years of purchasing vehicles, we've never been treated with such respect, true interest in our wants, needs and requirements. They truly listen and will find the perfect vehicle for you. Their philosophy of how to treat the customer is truly second to none and should be used as a learning tool for dealer standards in the industry. The LaLonde's do it right! Amazing Sales We talked with Justin over the phone and he hooked us up with an appointment right away. We came in wanting to lease a Pacifica. He was very friendly and SUPER patient with us as we are extremely indecisive people when it comes to finances. He got us into what we wanted and even was great about suggesting other options for us to save money. This is our first experience outside of a Ford dealership and definitely won’t be our last. We will be back to LaLonde in the future if we ever need another vehicle. More

I talked with the finance manager John Oswald, The Credit guy Jordan Lalonde like I was part of their family, they showed me around , explained the vision for the future of the dealer. If you miss that old school service and customer satisfaction experience that us older folks used to experience you owe it to yourself to give them a try! I was extremely satisfied and cant stop telling people about my experience, WOW! I usually dread renewing a lease or buying. Even the young girl who cleaned it expressed her desire for customer satisfaction. More
