Jordan was incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a no-pressure sales environment while asking thoughtful questions to make sure all my needs were met. I appreciated him bringing in Sam from finance to explain the details of my trade-in, and then wrapping everything up smoothly with Isaiah in finance. The whole team was supportive, knowledgeable, and made the process easy. I would highly recommend them!
