I returned her call and expressed my interest. My car was in the shop, and I wanted to hold the vehicle, which the dealer did not allow. Kim was going to be out of the office until Tuesday of next week, I couldn't wait that long, so I headed up Thursday night after I picked up my car, Kim was out of the office, however she got a call that someone was coming in to look at the car. She called and left me a message on my home phone that someone was on their way up asking if it was me, great follow up. I drove the hour and 10 minutes to the dealer. That is where Jordan came into the deal another great employee, she took over and did all the sales paperwork, which lead me to Eric who took care of the finance end, ending with me purchasing the vehicle. I didn't want to take the car that night, so I drove back home and came up the next day to pick the car up. Eric was not listed but I would give him 5 stars as well. I am retired 70 years old and bought many cars in my life. but never had a more enjoyable time with any dealer like you folks. If I was ever in a position to buy another car, I would definitely take the time to buy from Criswell again and will certainly refer any customers your way. Bottom line and the end of my story, I love this vehicle and in the 4 days that I have had it, I have received many compliments on it. I think Chevy made a big mistake stop making the Spark as well as the little S-10 that I drove until it died. Good work by the 3 employee's that I dealt with. Regards and Good Sales Tom S. More
