Jordan is a true professional. As a first time car buyer I came into the process a little nervous. Jordan made sure to make me comfortable and take me seriously. A couple weeks ago, I had a wonderful buying experience at the Marty Cancila dealership in Florissant, MO. I live in Illiniois and would highly recommend this dealership to any of my friends living across at the Marty Cancila dealership in Florissant, MO. I live in Illiniois and would highly recommend this dealership to any of my friends living across the river, its worth the 30min drive. I had previously visited a local dealership near my hometown that was more interested in degrading the brand of car i was currently driving, instead of trying to sell me the car I wanted to buy. Therfore, I instantly walked away and went looking on the internet for a new dealership that put customers first. While doing some research online, I came across my ideal vehicle (2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 Limited) on the Marty Cancila website. I submitted my request for additional info and within 20mins received a call from the dealership. Jordan Slayback was knowledgeable and spent time focusing on what I wanted, instead of commenting on the features of the car I selected. Following our call, I set up an appointment for a test drive and experienced the best car buying customer service. Jordan had the car waiting for me when I pulled up and I was on a test drive in a matter of a few minutes. I was instantly sold on the vehicle and the Marty Cancila dealership. Due to some added features that I ended up wanting, I opted to order my vehcile through the dealership. Jordan and the sales manager made the whole ordering process convienent and easy. Jordan's attention to detail, customer service, and understanding of the whole buying process further confirmed that I had made the right purchase with the the right dealership. I look forward to going back in a few weeks to pick up my new Jeep and driving away knowing that I couldn't have asked for a better experience. More

We went to Marty Cancila to discuss trading in a vehicle and purchasing a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. We had the pleasure of working with Jordan and Lawrence, and while car buying is never a fun experience and purchasing a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. We had the pleasure of working with Jordan and Lawrence, and while car buying is never a fun experience, we feel Jordan and Lawrence were honest. In the end, we would have liked to receive more money for our trade-in, but overall we are pleased with our purchase. We would recommend visiting Marty Cancila to our friends and family, and have even passed along Jordan's name to someone who was looking to purchase a Grand Cherokee. More

When it is time to buy a new car, most people dread going to the car dealership. This was not the case here, I was referred to Marty Cancila by a friend who said he recieved over the top customer service fro to the car dealership. This was not the case here, I was referred to Marty Cancila by a friend who said he recieved over the top customer service from Jordan Slayback when he recently purchased a car there. Jordan was the first salesman to greet me at the door with a welcoming smile. I explained to him that I wanted to purchase a used dodge charger with low miles on it, yet I did not want my payments to be much higher than what I was currently making on the car I currently owned. He listened to all of my requests and was able to answer all the questions that I had about the car buying process. He was very knowledgeable and did not make me feel pressured into buying a vehicle. Once I decided on the vehicle I wanted to purchase Jordan took me back to the finance department where Mike Hilfrank did a great job of comfortably fitting the car payments within my budget. I would highly recomend anyone to go to Jordan Slayback at Marty Cancila if you are wanting to recieve five star service! More

Everybody in the dealership was very friendly upon entering. Jordan helped answer any questions I had about the vehicles and got the buying process going very smoothly. Overall the experience was enjoyable and very easy to work through. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the area as well as people a little about outside the area, it would be worth the drive. More

Located the Jeep that I wanted on their website over the weekend. Got a call first thing Monday morning from Lawrence, the sales manager. Stopped by & too a test drive with Jordan that afternoon.
