When it is time to buy a new car, most people dread going to the car dealership. This was not the case here, I was referred to Marty Cancila by a friend who said he recieved over the top customer service fro to the car dealership. Jordan was the first salesman to greet me at the door with a welcoming smile. I explained to him that I wanted to purchase a used dodge charger with low miles on it, yet I did not want my payments to be much higher than what I was currently making on the car I currently owned. He listened to all of my requests and was able to answer all the questions that I had about the car buying process. He was very knowledgeable and did not make me feel pressured into buying a vehicle. Once I decided on the vehicle I wanted to purchase Jordan took me back to the finance department where Mike Hilfrank did a great job of comfortably fitting the car payments within my budget. I would highly recomend anyone to go to Jordan Slayback at Marty Cancila if you are wanting to recieve five star service! More

Everybody in the dealership was very friendly upon entering. Jordan helped answer any questions I had about the vehicles and got the buying process going very smoothly. Located the Jeep that I wanted on their website over the weekend. Got a call first thing Monday morning from Lawrence, the sales manager. Stopped by & too a test drive with Jordan that afternoon. Jordan Slayback was a big help! He made the process go smooth in picking out my very first, brand new car. With his help we were able to find a van that was in our price range, as well as one that had all smooth in picking out my very first, brand new car. Before I reached the door Jordan was there opening the door for us. Smiling and greeting us as if we were a guest in his own home! Asked if we were looking for someone or in need of help. I had a terrible experience last week at a different local dealership. I explained I wanted to trade in my car and update to a newer Chyrsler 300. He was very interested in what I had to say and he LISTENED TO ME! We found the car I wanted test drove it. He wrote up all my paperwork and explained every step as it happened! He turned all the paperwork over to Mike the Director of Finance. Mike came out introduced himself to me explained what he was going to do and went back in his office to take care of business. Approximately 40 minutes later Mike returned smiling asking me back to his office to sign for my new car! While he explained every piece of paper I had to sign and making sure I understood everything and answering ALL of my questions. Jordan had filled up my tank put my license on my new car and had the car detailed! Oh my God it was a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! I have told just about everyone I know how royal Marty Cancila treated me!!! More
