Worst experience of my life. Spent 2 weeks on a vehicle they kept “loosing” the keys over. Then to be told when they found the keys, they would no longer sell the vehicle as it w Spent 2 weeks on a vehicle they kept “loosing” the keys over. Then to be told when they found the keys, they would no longer sell the vehicle as it was trashed on the inside and filled with German roaches. (Which the vehicle wasn’t like that’s till it was time to pick the vehicle up). Let’s not even talk about the rudeness and incorrect information I was provided but the original car sales man, to the point a sales manager had to apologize several times over. They made me a deal on a different vehicle which I took. After that was done 2 weeks later I got a phone call from the finance manager saying my paperwork wasn’t properly sent over to who the car was financed through and they couldn’t locate my deposit that was given. I was able to provide proof of the deposit, then had to go back and forth with them for over another week to pay off my trade in that almost effected my credit. More
