Bad Experience We had to reschedule our finance appointment. When we showed up for the new time, we had to wait over 90 minutes to meet with our "closer". During We had to reschedule our finance appointment. When we showed up for the new time, we had to wait over 90 minutes to meet with our "closer". During our waiting, we were not shown any controls or functions on our new vehicle nor offered any information about the vehicle. When we were given delivery, there were several items in the vehicle that should have been removed during the prep. St. Cloud Toyota is not considerate of its customers. That's why we won't return.
