I had a few questions about a part of my car and they were unable to answer it but it was a weekend and mechanic staff were not in that day. Overall good experience, they did not try to talk me in or out of buying any car (although I was already very set on buying it). More

I drove the 2004 Highlander for 22 years with the support of the service department. The current 2023 RAV4 I purchased is great. I much appreciated the honest and fair, and personable approach that Ryan Hyland and Nathan Laudenbauch provided. I also appreciate the willingness of Toyota xx Cloud to fix scratches and missing paint on a fender. Austin Dockendorf was also good to work with. The driver who gave me rides was great as well.
