Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had I went to Montclair Infiniti to look at possibly buying my first Infiniti. All of my previous vehicles have been Toyotas. I met with Jorge Aragon who I went to Montclair Infiniti to look at possibly buying my first Infiniti. All of my previous vehicles have been Toyotas. I met with Jorge Aragon who immediately listened to what I was looking for and found me my Q30 Sport. It was the one in the showroom floor. I fell in love with the car! Jorge is the reason I bought my first Infiniti! His service and professionalism was 5 star all the way. My previous experiences with Toyota salesmen have not gone this smoothly. I would have tell them what I was looking for and often they would bring me cars that had nothing to do with my description to them. Not Jorge. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and then took the time to explain to all of the features my i30 came with. These were features I have never had before. He was patient, informed and attentive. I really liked that. It was Jorge who ultimately made me decided to purchase my car at Infiniti of Montclair. More

Smooth Experience My Murano lease was just about up and I knew I wanted to replace it with an Infiniti Q50. I had previously spoken with Jorge, but he wasn't in when my My Murano lease was just about up and I knew I wanted to replace it with an Infiniti Q50. I had previously spoken with Jorge, but he wasn't in when my son and I went to purchase my vehicle. So the Sales Manager, Eric Delapena, dealt with us directly. It was by far the smoothest vehicle purchase transaction I have ever experienced. No haggle on the price; in fact, he gave a $1,200 better deal than expected. He had Kevin Gonzalez demonstrate and deliver the vehicle, and Manuel Fuentes smoothly handled all the paperwork. To top matters off, Eric allowed me to ground my leased Murano at the dealership; saving us a trip to another dealership. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Infiniti of Montclair. More
