Jorge and Linda were so good to us and just very kind people in general. This is the second Subaru we have bought here. My partner and I will always come back for service and, when Janice runs out of ste people in general. This is the second Subaru we have bought here. My partner and I will always come back for service and, when Janice runs out of steam, to replace her. Thank you to everyone for wearing masks and being safe, as well. We felt very welcome both in the service center with our outgoing Subaru and in the showroom when we purchased the new one. More

Drove down from Milwaukee to look at a used Forester for my 22yr old daughter, arrived 1-1/2 hours before closing on a Saturday. Drove, and looked over the car, bought it from Jorge, who along with Brandon my 22yr old daughter, arrived 1-1/2 hours before closing on a Saturday. Drove, and looked over the car, bought it from Jorge, who along with Brandon Metz, stuck around 1-1/2 hours AFTER closing time to complete the sale, and financing, with the payment she could afford ! Super great guys, who go the extra mile, even if it means getting home late for dinner !! Thanks again ! More

Had a wonderful experience working with Jorge at Grand Subaru. Initially I thought he was trying to be super friendly just to get me to buy something, but as time went on it was clear that he actually car Subaru. Initially I thought he was trying to be super friendly just to get me to buy something, but as time went on it was clear that he actually cared about me and my wife as individuals (and he wanted to sell us a car). I had a great experience with the staff. I went in to look at a used vehicle I saw online. I told Jorge I was driving from a long way away and he made sure the vehicle was still available and brought it look at a used vehicle I saw online. I told Jorge I was driving from a long way away and he made sure the vehicle was still available and brought it up front since he know I was on a tight schedule that day. Jorge was able to answer all my questions and was not pushy at all. I never once was stressed during the purchase. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy. The only problem I had was partly my own fault. I didn’t look at the gas gauge when I left and about halfway home, I heard a ding and my gas light was on. So, make sure you check how much gas you have when you leave. More

Jorge was one of the best salesmen I've ever had. He took a lengthy test drive with me to make sure I really wanted the car.
