Everything was going great, a little too slow, but not really any issues or problems I didn't expect. - Until Ed Fernandez entered the transaction. Because of his lack of attention to detail, he expected really any issues or problems I didn't expect. - Until Ed Fernandez entered the transaction. Because of his lack of attention to detail, he expected me to pay an additional $500 after everything was signed and I had the keys to the new vehicle in my pocket. Being too submissive, I offered to meet him half way and pay $250 even though this was completely NOT my mistake or problem. He refused, and gave me some sad story about dealership rules or whatever. Then I agreed on paying $300 just to be able to leave. I should have paid NOTHING for HIS mistake. Your manual paperwork process needs to be updated to the 21st century and problems like this would not exist.. You should also be ashamed for the amount of $$ you pay your young sales people.
