I did not enjoy getting the insurance that seemed mandatory to get to get the car. Like Pork Belly in a political bill. No fun and should be part of the sale price not an after thought like deal. Shottenkirk is a great place to get your car. Luis Gomez, finance manager, was very accommodating and easy to work with. I appreciate his skill and ease he made the payment process. A part was ordered that I needed and I made the appointment to get it done the day after memorial day but then I asked if they could move it up and make it for today. Knowing it was last minute, I didn’t expect it to be worked on, but they said they could do it. My service guy was Michael and he was great! He gave me an estimated time and he did check on me midway through to let me know the status. The waiting area was comfortable and there was a TV available and coffee and water. It was really a pretty good experience compared to other dealerships. More
