Marco and Luis did a great job helping us buy our cars late and then after hours. My daughter’s first car buying experience went well with friendly and knowledgeable service. My daughter’s car got a nai late and then after hours. My daughter’s first car buying experience went well with friendly and knowledgeable service. My daughter’s car got a nail in the tire a week after purchase and Toyota replaced the tire at no charge since we had the recommended warranty. My car needed a second key and when Marco was out for the afternoon one of his team facilitated me getting the key even though Marco was not there so that I did not have to come back. Brianna the service tech was friendly and when the key work took a little over the hour but under the two hour original time frame she came to update me personally that it was going to be longer than an hour but they were still working on it. I am happy with the service from sales to financing to service and the team helping each other to make my day go efficiently. Over the last flew Toyotas I have had this is the forth dealer I have tried due to proximity to my home and this one so far has had a great first impression and I will come back here. More
