Mike and Jorge are the best!!!! Let me start by saying that I do NOT usually write reviews, I like to read them, but am lazy to write them :-). However the experience I had at East Hills Jeep warranted a review. It was by far the best experience I've ever had leasing and/or buying a vehicle, and this is probably my 7th vehicle. I was in the market for a SUV. I had narrowed down my selection to the Acura RDX, Jeep Grand Cherokee and Chevy Equinox. I visited Mike Grimaldi at East Hills Jeep and right away I liked him! Mike didn't pressure me nor was he aggressive in any way. I explained to him I was on my lunch break and had a limited amount of time to view the vehicle. Within 5 min Mike had me test driving! I never experienced such efficiency at a dealership. Mike walked me through the features, we discussed my requirements and he addressed all of my questions. We even discussed pricing etc. (I am a very organized person, and had already done my research online re: trim levels, pricing etc.) Within 30 minutes or so I was on my way back to work with all information in hand. There was NO messing around or unnecessary fluff or the usual car salesman BS! After my first visit I had my bf text and email Mike multiple times re: the price and trim levels etc. trying to get to the right price point for me. Mike was completely gracious and flexible, not to mention patient. On a whim I returned to the dealership a few days later and unfortunately Mike wasn't there. As soon as I entered I met Jorge Molina. Jorge was equally as pleasant as Mike. He too was not pushy. He indulged my curiosity about the Jeep Cherokee and took me on a test drive of that vehicle. He also provided pricing info for that vehicle. I told him my heart was really set on the Grand Cherokee so he did what he could to ensure I got the best possible pricing. He told me he and Mike work well together, he even went and sought Mike's notes on me. When I finally made my decision I noted that Jorge included Mike's name on the invoice which was great. (I wanted to make sure Mike also got the credit for the sale since he really did most of the work with me.) Upon reflection, I got an excellent deal!!!! My car was ready for pick up a couple days later, and I was elated. Mike greeted me at the time of pick up. Jorge arranged to have a driver pick me up from work to bring me to the dealership to pick up my car. They were both so very accommodating. I couldn't have asked for anything more from either of them. I will say that the only disappointing aspect of my experience was not with Mike or Jorge but with someone else (name unknown) at the dealership who appraised my $8,000 trade in for $2,000 thereby forcing me to do a private sale, which needless to say is very time consuming. It would have been a better experience if I had been offered fair market value or at least close to it, for my car to avoid this. Signed, A Happy East Hills Jeep Customer! More

Jorge does business like a gentleman. I ordered a Recon two door Wrangler from the factory. No hard top and no side airbags. This is not a vehicle they would order for stock. I’ve had dealerships add options to make custom orders more sellable if the original customer backs out. They stuck to the great deal we agreed on months prior, and I got the exact Jeep I wanted. My salesman Jorge did exactly what he promised, and there were no high pressure salesmanship. I recommend East Hills and Jorge 100%. More
