Sales Rep Eddie Bush was great...Jorge (finance) horrible! I don't believe I would ever consider them again. Sales rep Eddie Bush was great! He saw us through until we were almost loading to leave. Finance guy I don't believe I would ever consider them again. Sales rep Eddie Bush was great! He saw us through until we were almost loading to leave. Finance guy Jorge was absolutely disrespectful. He advised us to leave and come back because the truck we went to see in the first place was being inspected. After being told consistently that we could not see the truck until after it was inspected, we were advised to leave for an hour and they would call us when it was completed. After an hour 1/2 we were called by our sales rep Eddie who said the car was ready for test drive. When we returned to the dealership Jorge informed us they had sold the truck. I was furious. Jorge told us such sarcasm "well we don't hold trucks!" I was done!! I knew then that was not the company for me. Btw...Eddie was still waiting for us to return. We had returned and were gone. But obviously Jorge did not let him know and that the car was sold from under him as well. Too many car dealerships in Orlando to be treated with such disrespect and lack of customer care. More

Great people Walking in was unsure as to how this particular dealership worked. Was assigned to Emily to assist us, and she was so understanding and patient. She explained everything and took the time to answer all our questions. The inventory and selection of the vehicles is amazing, there is something for everybody. If I found one, anyone can. There is no pressure and Moises, Emily's co-worker was so kind and right there for us if Emily had to step away. From beginning to end every person we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Thank you Emily for your God sent patience with me. Highly recommend. More

Our experience was great. We have been to other dealers but not like this one. Alex took great care of us and truly wanted to help us. On thing I can really point ou was great. My purchase Bought a 2018 Nissian Maurano that had a clean car fax. Drove home found out had been in front end collision took to Nissian $2000 for repairs of damaged sensor and bumper. Called HGreg talked to manager told to bring in. They checked it said drop off we will fix it. Over a week later picked it up drive away and the bumper started to pop back off the sensor light cane back on. Nothing was fixed so what did they do for a whole week? Called and was left on hold manager never picked up. Very disappointed in this transaction. Feel lied to More

Sales great...service sucks. Long story short. The sales rep was really nice and patient (Benny). He made sure we took our time to find the right car. Sales manager Jorge was also Long story short. After purchasing the vehicle however my experience with the service department left an extremely sour taste in our mouths. We returned the following day for an alignment and NOONE from the service department communicated with me. After an hour still nothing. I had to hunt down several managers in order to find out where my car was and why it was taking so long. Karlos who is some sort of manager( he was possibly the head of sales) would not even try to come over and resolve the issue. It took nearly 3 hours to leave and I found a random oily foot print on the front passengers side floor when the car was returned to me. Noone can explain why. I would advise there be some serious training on properly communicating and respecting customers. More

Amazing experience! After going to a few different dealerships looking for a new vehicle one of my family members told me about Hgreg so I decided to go and check it out. After going to a few different dealerships looking for a new vehicle one of my family members told me about Hgreg so I decided to go and check it out. This was a whole different experience from any other dealership I’ve been to! The Sales person that got assign to me was Yazmin. She was fantastic! Wonderful attention and no pressure at all. Every question I had she had an answer for it and was very professional. I didn’t not find the vehicle that I was looking for but I can say this is definitely the place I’m going to go back to to get my vehicle and Yazmin is the sales person I want to help me! More

Stop pushing a bad deal #1. If you like a car here, bring your own financing - the finance employee sat with me for 10 mimutes, after I was at the dealership for 5 hrs, befor #1. If you like a car here, bring your own financing - the finance employee sat with me for 10 mimutes, after I was at the dealership for 5 hrs, before leaving the room just for a ‘manager’ to come back in and try to push a bad financing deal, then I left. #2. The non-commission sales rep that “doesn’t like to follow up“ keeps blowing up my phone trying to push a bad 7 year finance deal on a former rental car with infinite scratches and a blown subwoofer. #3. The whole customer experience is very shady - they keep your trade in keys and check you in like an airport to make you feel like you can’t leave. Then they use “time invest” tactics to keep you at the dealership all day so that once you finally see a finance employee 5 hours later to finally find out your monthly payment you will just cave because you invested so much time. Once you see the finance person(only one that matters), they will not negotiate or work to make your goals possible, they will not recommend a cheaper option that would actually be a good option for you, then if you walk out they will blow up your phone pushing a horrible financing deal that would 100% leave you upside down or underwater on your car. #4. My insurance company was not open by this time and to leave the dealership, the car needed insurance. My first question is, why am I getting insurance when I don’t even know if I want the car yet and I haven’t sat down with finance to see if a monthly payment could work? Yup, I believe they sat me at the Insurance department before even speaking to finance as another “time invest” tactic. The quoted insurance I was given at HGregs insurance department was $222. I bought insurance by myself today and it was $59, yeah(THAT CRAZY). #5. I just bought a car today at Sport Mazda with Reggie and got to see what a car buying experience should be, I had to negotiate but the commission rep at sport mazda made the deal happen and got me a better car with a 7 year, 100k bumper to bumper warranty with a lower payment and rate. BOOM. #6. If you NEED to have a car that’s here: - bring your own financing - TELL HGREG YOU DO NOT HAVE ALL DAY TO GIVE TO THEM! - The car at this dealer may be the cheapest around, but it is FOR A REASON More
