I try to be upfront about my needs and wants, and so far, it's worked well. Crest Volvo was no different. Very little pressure, respected what I was after without trying to upsell. I worked mostly with Douglas Aaron. He was prompt in communication, and I never felt as though he wasn't working for me, or in my corner. We did have one hiccup which was out of his control, but it all worked out in the end. I'm happy with my purchase, and with how everything was handled. Wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend to others. And for what it's worth, I chose Crest Volvo over 2 local Volvo dealerships. Crest is 200mi from where I live. It was worth it. More

Wouldn’t buy a car from here again. This dealership does not have it together at all. Their sales manager’s communication is poor along with every employee under him. We have now bought a vehicle from them and wasted a ton of hours trying to figure out where our vehicle is because we bought it online and are still waiting to receive it. There is nothing special or positive about this dealership that should make it one that you go to versus any other dealership. They had hidden fees and treatments that we were required to pay for and say in our paperwork we wanted it because the treatment had been performed on the vehicle prior to us purchasing it. I caution to take a close look at all paperwork amd not just sign something because it has a sticky arrow next to it saying to sign your name. I highly recommend going to the next dealership you see rather than this one. More
