Service noticed uneven tire wear. 4 wheel alignment done but tire pressure icon on dash was not addressed. So I have to be inconvenienced to return for them to check the tire pressu 4 wheel alignment done but tire pressure icon on dash was not addressed. Also getting lip service but no action on ongoing problem with seat covering. Toyota refuses to take responsibility for something that is clearly theirs More

Did the drop off the night before. They worked hard to have the truck ready as soon as possible for me. Then sent an Uber to come get the truck. My service agent was excellent. But the sign noting a 3% service fee if paying with a credit card was off-putting, at best. A company as large as Gettle should NOT be passing that a But the sign noting a 3% service fee if paying with a credit card was off-putting, at best. A company as large as Gettle should NOT be passing that along to the consumer. And the excuse that the machines came pre-programmed that way is lame. Gettle is the Merchant's customer, and can demand to have that corrected. Do your service agents a favor and take down the signs and have the Merchant fix the problem. Otherwise Gettle just looks greedy. Additionally, had I had to pay for something, I would have had to be invoiced so I could come home and write a check. There's NO way I am paying an additional service fee to pay with the most common form of payment today. Also, the claim that the 3% gets deducted off the bill doesn't add up mathematically. And why don't the signs also state that then? Again, excellent service. Excellent agent. Poor policy from Gettle. More
